POSTPARTUM DOULA SERVICES

WHAT I OFFER:

I believe every family deserves compassionate support during the sensitive postpartum period to help them get off to the best start. 

I provide support to families in the Austin, Dripping Springs, and Bee Cave areas.  My goal is to ensure you are getting the support needed to recover from your birth experience and to help your family develop confidence in their parenting while normalizing all of the experiences of the early weeks. Together, we identify needs and tasks for the day.  We discuss any questions you might have about newborn care and development, feeding your baby, physical and emotional recovery, sleep expectations, and returning to work.  For needs beyond my expertise, I will refer to my trusted community resources. 

I have additional training in breastfeeding education, newborn care, and postpartum mood issues.

FEE:

I charge an hourly fee of $35 ($40/hr for twins).  I require a minimum booking of 12 hours.  My shifts are typically 4-6 hours but I can typically accommodate a family’s specific needs.  I do daytime shifts only.
