ABOUT ME

I am the mom of two awesome daughters who happen to be the reason I was drawn to this work.  My husband and I have lived in the Central Texas area since 1999. 

Before turning to birth work, I was a licensed psychological associate working in special education with children in grades K-12.  I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in clinical psychology. 

I have worked in the childbirth field since 2007 after training and certifying with DONA as a birth doula.  I trained and certified with ICEA to become a childbirth educator.  After over a decade as a birth doula, I trained with Austin Baby Guru to become a postpartum doula and now focus entirely on postpartum work and childbirth education.
